This project presents the CAD design of the 4-seater electric car. In the
electric car industry, parameters such as the optimal weight of the vehicle play
a very important role in the quality and efficiency of the vehicle. Therefore,
in this project, the designs were created in such a way that the final weight of
the vehicle is as optimal as possible. To achieve this goal, various plans were
implemented and finally the best plan that met the requirements of the project
was selected.
The main objective of this project was to introduce a production
line for light and semi-light electric vehicles for urban use. As part of this
project, an electric car for 4 people was designed and then a semi-industrial
prototype was built. After carrying out various tests, this project has entered
the industrial phase.
Due to its large scope, this project is divided into the following main
sections:
- Chassis
- Suspension and motion control system
- Body
- The electrical part of the vehicle

- Cab equipment and accessories
- Automotive electronics section
Each part of this project has many details. In the design phase of the project,
the designs were created in such a way that the various parts could be produced
using the existing production facilities.

In addition to the technical issues associated with this project, the ergonomic
issues are also very important. One of the most important and effective parameters
in this project is the comfort of the user when using this vehicle. Before starting
the construction of the project, various models were made as prototypes and the
ergonomic aspects were tested and studied on them.
