Hi! My name is Yasser Jafari-Jozani. I am a Strategic Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineer and a Design-Build Specialist with over 19 years of international experience.     The main objective of this project was to introduce a production line for light and semi-light electric vehicles for urban use. As part of this project, an electric car for 4 people was designed and then a semi-industrial prototype was built. After carrying out various tests, this project has entered the industrial phase.

    Due to its large scale, this project is divided into the following main sections:

    - Chassis

    - Suspension and motion control system

    - Body

    - The electrical part of the vehicle includes electric motor, batteries, driver and...

    - Cab equipment and accessories

    - Automotive electronics section

    Each part of this project has many details. In the design phase of the project, the designs were created so that the various parts could be manufactured using the existing production facilities.

    Most of the bulky plastic parts in this project are produced by rotational molding. Special techniques were used to design and manufacture these molds. The main chassis of this vehicle is made of resistant profiles and the upper chassis of the body is connected to this chassis.

    Before this project, an electric car for 2 passengers was first designed and built. After successful tests, we came to the conclusion that we can increase the number of passengers in the car to 4 people.

    In this project we have a rotating system that is unbalanced and has strong vibrations. This system has 4 electromechanical actuators and can intelligently balance the system after accurately determining the unbalance position. The way this system works is that, after determining the position and size of the imbalance, it eliminates the vibration caused by the imbalance as much as possible by activating the actuators and changing the center of gravity of the actuator system. In this project we have an electric motor that turns a vertical shaft.

    Three different types of actuators can be installed on the aluminum part. These three types are:
